Rajasthan HC BIG Move on Live-In Relationships – Registration Now MANDATORY!

Bureau report, TidingsTrue: Live in relationship… Earlier it was considered a crime in Indian society. People even kept a distance from such couples. As if they were not a part of the society. But now the court has given strict orders regarding the safety of this relationship. See what orders have been given in our special report.

Not only in Rajasthan but in the whole country, cases of live in relationships are increasing rapidly. Rajasthan High Court has given strict instructions considering live in relationship as serious. The court has said that the live in couple will have to first register on the portal. Not only this, the court has also considered their safety as a priority. Because due to non-approval of the relationship of this couple, their life may be in danger. Therefore, the court has given strict instructions to the state government. That first they should make a web portal. There should be registration of live-in relationship couples. Along with this, they should also be provided security. Rajasthan High Court has also expressed its intention to make a law regarding this.

The court has accepted that the couples living in this relationship have to face a lot of problems. Which is no less than a challenge for them. Because in such a relationship, the woman does not get the status of a wife. Due to which many times they live secretly as husband and wife. So many times there is a lack of social acceptance or purity. Therefore, the bench said that a committee should also be formed in every district of the state to look into the matter of registration of such relationships. This committee will do the registration of live-in couples and redress their grievances. Because the court of the state is filled with such cases. Due to which there is a delay in getting them protection.

Many cases related to the protection of children born from such relationships have also come to light.
